All bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds will only be issued if weather prevents us from safely operating OR a person is deemed unable to Bungy Jump by our Jump Operations Crew for medical reasons. All bookings are NON-TRANSFERABLE The booking created is valid only for the named customer. If you fail to arrive for your scheduled book time your booking will be non-refundable.
Change Policy
You can date change your booking FREE up to 48 hours in advance. Booking changes within 48 hours will incur a $50 change fee.
CLOTHING:
Please ensure you wear flat, secure and enclosed footwear. Winter can get very cold, so we recommend layering-up and taking a jacket.
Medical
Before you Jump, Swing or Zipride, make sure you’re well rested, hydrated and have recently eaten.Tell your Bungy Crew if you have high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy, broken or fractured bones/dislocations, fragile skin, neurological disorders, diabetes, asthma, prosthetics, panic/anxiety attacks or any recent sprains/muscular injuries.Unfortunately, we can’t permit pregnant activity-seekers, or those with photosensitive epilepsy. And if you have osteoporosis, scoliosis or a recent concussion, we’ll need to see a doctor’s certificate.
Wear glasses?
For safety reasons, they may not be able to be worn. However, prescription safety glasses are available, free of charge
